From M62 Jct 24  Huddersfield.
Travel along A629 through large road tunnel towards Halifax for 1 mile then exit left down sliproad to roundabout.

Go left at roundabout and go up Riorges Link Road for only 100yds towards Elland Town Centre.

Then turn left on Elland Lane go 100yds to Junction.
Then bear right and first left up Quebec Street.

Bear round to the left at junction and travel straight along Heathfield Street.
You will find Arcadia Textiles Factory Unit 200 yds on the right.
